Contract
iTalent provides contractors should you require additional
expertise to help you through a busy period or to perform services
that
your regular staff are not qualified to implement. The length
of the engagement may vary, depending upon your needs. Our talent
base is broad and includes Program Managers, Networking Specialists,
Auditors, Project Managers, Business Analysts, Technical Writers,
ERP Integrators, Programmers, Sarbanes Oxley Experts, Engineers,
DBA's, Administrators and Developers in all areas related to
IT.
Temp-to-Perm
Prior to hiring additional permanent staff, you
may desire to hire an individual as a contractor on a temporary
basis. At the
end of this time you have the option to either end your relationship
with that individual or hire him/her as permanent staff. The
placement fee is waived if the individual has been contracted
to you for 6 consecutive months.
